My niece Ellie is 6 months and is growing like a weed! Literally! She weighed a little over 5 lb at birth and now it's hard to believe she was so tiny! She now has some adorable squishy rolls and is so so happy all the time.
Here are a few from her session.

I love milestone sessions. Especially when I can watch baby's grow from newborn up to 1 year of age. I always look forward to seeing how much the little's have changed from the last session.
Marissa is one of those babies that keep getting cuter and cuter each time I see her! Here are a few session favorites! Autumn is already 9 months. That means in a few months I will be taking her 1 year photos. :-o Yes time flies when you are having fun and I do mean FUN! Watching this sweet girl grow has been so awesome.
My outdoor sessions take place later in the evening about 30 min-1 hr before sunset. So far I have had such good luck with kiddos who are in such great moods! Autumn was no exception. She was a sweet , happy girl! Ms. Ava is 1!! I met this sweet girl for her newborn photos and have captured her sweet face every 3 months since. She is one of my happiest tiny clients. (I feel like I say that often, but really, I think all of my milestone package babies are all happy!!)
Ava loved her cake. She really loved it and was the "neatest" cake eater I have ever seen ;) We had to assist a little to make her a little messy. She didn't want to miss a bite and was neatly picking up all the little pieces that fell and was trying to eat all of them. (I don't blame her on that one!) I love love love watching these little's grow into tiny toddler's. I will miss photographing this sweet girl every 3 months. Here are a few session favorites. I really love using minimal props for any type of session. When I saw Ms. Iris come in without a gigantic bow on her head, I was secretly smiling inside. :-) (not that I hate big bows, I just prefer natural, small bows that don't overpower a baby's head)
Iris has such pretty blue eyes and such adorable expressions. It was so nice to meet this sweet girl and her mama. Here are a few of my session favorites! 6 months is such a happy age. 6 month olds think everything is funny and it is great as they are still oblivious to what exactly is going on ;) Photo session time is still "play time" in their eyes. They even think my big black camera is awesome.
Joel was of course a happy little guy. He rocked his newborn and 3 month session, I had a feeling he would rock this one as well :) See you in 3 months little man! Here are a few session favorites. Let me start out by saying that 3 year old's typically have no interest in having photos taken. Liam was an exception. He needs to teach my boys a thing or two about cooperating for photos. ;)
Here are a few session favorites! Hutson is the happiest tiny client that I have! I first met him for his newborn session and photographed him every 3 months since. Each session he was such a happy little guy. This past session was the first time he was a little fussy, but even then, he still gave out plenty of smiles!
I sure will miss seeing his sweet face every 3 months! Here are a few session favorites. Eleanor is 9 months! She definitely loves her mama and wanted her close by the entire session, which is pretty typical of a 9 month old. At this age, littles begin to become more hesitant of me :-). The stranger danger stage. This is all part of growing up.
The 3 months in between my milestone client babies always go by so fast. In a short (and I'm sure extremely fast) 3 months I will see Eleanor back for her 1 year session. (yes I know, she can't possibly be turing 1 already!!!) Here are a few session favorites.... My sweet niece Ellie is 3 months (actually now almost 4 because aunt Kerri is a slacker on making this blog post)
This tiny little girl is going to do big things. I have no doubt she will. She already knows how to roll over, which she taught herself before she was 3 months!!! How awesome is that!? She is tiny, but mighty :-) Sweet Ellie girl, I can't wait to watch you grow, learn and to continue to show everyone how amazing you are. Here are a few favorites of mine.... |
