Sweet little Joel!! I have had such great luck so far this year with such wonderfully cuddly babies! Joel was no exception! We were able to get through quite a few set ups in record time.
Here are some favorites from his session!

Hutson was one of the happiest 6 month old's I have ever seen!! He gave me a ton of smiles. I am certainly enjoying watching this little guy grow up. See you back in 3 months little man!
Gemma was such a sweet little girl! She was super shy at first, but eventually flashed quite a few smiles! She LOVED her cake. Loved is an understatement :)
Sweet Lucas was born a couple weeks early! He originally was supposed to be the first newborn on my schedule for the new year. Instead, he was my last session of 2015! I couldn't have asked for a better end to my 2015 work year. I can't wait to see him again in 3 months. I love watching and capturing newborns grow into toddlers! 2015 was my first full year in business and it by far exceeded my expectations and goals that I had for KLP. I want to say thank you to all my clients. Choosing me to photograph your babies, children and families means more to me than you will ever know! I met many new clients, gained friends, snuggled 28 newborns, cleaned up a huge amount of smash cake, made noises I wasn't sure I had in me to get smiles out of little ones, and the list goes on. I truly love this job! My goal for 2016 is to double my newborn sessions. Newborn photography is truly my passion and I don't ever plan on giving up this awesome "dream job". I am looking forward to attending a 2 day workshop this May in Indianapolis. I can't wait to soak up as much as I can about newborn photography from my absolute favorite newborn photographer!! I will definitely be blogging about that experience! This year I have decided to blog each session. Blogging will give me a chance to give each of you a more extensive peek into each session, and not spam your Facebook feed :) I will still post a sneak peek or two, but this will be the main "sneak" into all sessions. I promise not all blog posts will be this long :) Short and sweet with adorable photos will be the "norm". |
