It was so great to finally get outside again for a session. Even better? I had the opportunity to meet this sweet family!

Zoey and her mom made a trip down from Indy for her session. Zoey was in pretty great spirits considering she wasn't feeling so great and had a bit of a road trip the night before! I spent an hour with this sweet duo and had such a great time with them! 

As moms we are rarely in photos with our little one's. We are always the one behind the lense photographing our littles and everyone else with them.  I wish I could go back to when my boys were babies and toddlers and hop in more photos with them, or better yet, have scheduled a photo session with them periodically. 

I loved every single photo in this session, but here are just a few session favorites. :) 

This day was a cold day. Really..really cold! However, I was really excited to get outside to shoot in the golden sunlight that I love so much. We didn't last long, but was able to get some adorable shots.

We headed to my studio after a few outdoor photos for Marlow's 1 year photos. She was too cute and absolutely loved her books!

This guy has changed so much since his newborn session! He is so stinking cute! I have said it before and will say it again and again. 6 month sessions are one of my favorites ages to photograph. Baby's are so happy and their little personalities are really starting to shine. They are too young for the stranger danger stage and are just so adorable.

I love to see how much my tiny clients grow within their first year. It is truly amazing how much they all change!

We had a warmer than usual fall, and this session was the first taste of fall weather that we had. It was about time.  Windy and chilly, which made it feel like border line winter weather. Little Ava was a trooper and so were mom and dad.

This night was absolute perfection for an outdoor session! The weather. The sunset. Amazing!! Warmer than usual fall turned into some pretty amazing evening session weather.
